End Of Life Caregiving Support with Text Services
Caring for a loved one at the end of their life can be an emotionally and physically taxing experience. It's a journey that requires not only commitment but also continuous support.
To complement our existing support services, we are introducing a Text Support Service for end-of-life caregivers.
Some packages include this service already, this would be a great addition to hourly End of Life Coaching.
This service is designed to provide additional assistance while maintaining the essential End of Life Coaching calls and scheduled activities that are the cornerstone of your caregiving experience.
Supplementing, Not Replacing
Our Text Support Service is not meant to replace any existing communication channels or scheduled support activities; rather, it is intended to be a valuable supplement. We understand that certain aspects of caregiving may be better addressed through text, providing a quick and convenient method of assistance.
Service Details
Our Text Support Service is available at a cost of $150 per month as an add-on to our End of Life Coaching calls.
Service Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
These are the hours when we can guarantee a 1-hour response time during our standard hours of operation, texts received outside of these hours may receive a response within a few hours or even the next morning.
We understand caregiving doesn't adhere to a strict schedule, and sometimes urgent situations arise outside our standard hours. We are open to discussing after-hours and weekend support on a case-by-case basis for moments of crisis.
Not to Exceed 2 Hours Per Month
To manage the service effectively and maintain the support quality, we have set a "not to exceed" limit of approximately 2 hours of support per month. This ensures that we can accommodate all our clients and provide quality assistance consistently.
